We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. To ensure fairness to both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Rescheduling or Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  2. No-shows or Late Cancellations: If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation, or if you do not attend the scheduled session (a "no-show"), a cancellation fee of 50% Session Fee will be charged.

  3. Payment of Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee will be invoiced and must be paid prior to scheduling any future sessions.

  4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

  5. Refunds: Please note that cancellation fees are non-refundable.
