Peace in chaos cancellation policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. To ensure fairness to both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Rescheduling or Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
No-shows or Late Cancellations: If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation, or if you do not attend the scheduled session (a "no-show"), a cancellation fee of 50% Session Fee will be charged.
Payment of Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee will be invoiced and must be paid prior to scheduling any future sessions.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Refunds: Please note that cancellation fees are non-refundable.

Refunds for Completed Sessions: Once a session has been completed, refunds are not available. We believe in our services' value and impact and are committed to providing you with the best experience possible.
Refunds for Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases of extreme dissatisfaction or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider a partial refund or credit towards future sessions. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please email caroline@peaceinchaosny.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the refund request. We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days.
